• Master's coursework in progress or completed, or 2-3 years of pertinent experience along with a Bachelor's degree
• Candidates should have great English writing and speaking skills

Depending on the qualifications of the Trainee, training will focus on the development of the Trainee in regards to project and account management on a technical basis.

Missions

• Work with project managers, designers, and technical team members to create high quality websites and web training courses.
• Assist in creating and managing project timelines, status reports, proposals, edit lists, and other project management documentation.
• Analyze informational and functional needs of clients' web audience.
• Assist in defining site architecture and navigation of websites and courses and provide guidance to designers, developers, and programmers throughout the building process.
• Assist in creating sitemaps, wire frames, design compositions, mock-ups, process maps, features list and other items that will describe the intended user experience.
• Test websites, applications, and e-learning courses.
